Okay, i believe the fic I'm looking for is a little ezra fic, and it's a crossover with, um.
*facepalm*
I watch this show all the time on nick-at-nite - has the ponderosa ranch? Bonaza, I believe.
Anyway, Maude wanted to convince the cartwrights' that Ezra was another bastard son, and she plays at being poor.
And, she just ditched Ezra there.
