Josiah and Ezra

Hey, everyone. I'm fairly new to the M7 fandom (within the last year).
Having had the opportunity to see all the episodes on dvd....I was wondering if there are any fics where Josiah and Ezra don't get along; where Josiah doesn't call Ezra "son" or have a soft spot for him?
Because he sure didn't seem to have one in the series, yet in nearly every fic I've read, the complete opposite has cropped up. In fact, what drew me to the fandom was an AU fic called The Preacher's Son. An interesting phenomenon to say the least when Josiah seemed to have so little time for Ezra on screen.
