Ezra fic

I'm looking for two fictions actually.
The first one, Ezra's going deaf and he decides to quit the team without telling them. He don't want them to feel like they have to take care of him or something. But the team comes looking for him, and decides to be there for him.

And the other one I can't remember all that clear. Ezra turns blind and tries to push the others away and they wont let him no matter how hard he tries to push them away.
