Looking for a Vin/Ezra Fic - Found it! Thank you so much!

This has been driving me insane for months now and I just can't for the life of me remember where I read it and what it was called. This is what I remember:
- It's a modern AU, I think ATF or something very close to it.
- Vin and Ezra get together and want to move in together, but they haven't told anyone about their relationship yet.
- Therefore they buy an old house and tell the guys that they are just remodelling and reselling it afterwards.
- I think a group of teens from Purgatory help them as some kind of project to learn some usefull skills for their life after school.
- Sometime during this story either Vin or Ezra ends up in a coma, probably after a bust went wrong and the other one keeps working himself into the ground to geht the house ready, because he absolutely believes that his lover will come back to him, even if the chances aren't all that good.
- And of course he does.
