Ok, I thought I bookmarked this thing but when I changed browsers I lost it and the fab author website too.

I remember it was Au from the pilot where it was Ezra who saved Nathan, not Chris and Vin. he gets made Sheriff of Four Corners, by the Judge, who threatens to serve an old warrant if he doesn't. It's from Ezra's POV.
