I'm attempting to locate an Ezra-centric fic.

Ezra had a migraine, and didn't leave his room. Nathan (or Chris) thought he was just hung over or faking it...

I believe Nathan referred to the migraine as a 'sick' headache.

Set in Old West...

(And I wish I could remember more of it)

I don't know if anyone has answered this or not, but the fic you're looking for is 'Pain' by Helen Chavez.
It can be found here: http://www.blackraptor.net/m7fic-11/pain.htm and is well worth a re-read. It's a good one.
