Chris/Vin ATF fic

It's driving me crazy, because I know I've read this fic a half a dozen times and I can't remember who wrote it or what it's called. Someone is out to get even with Vin, because when Vin was in Texas, he slept with the guy's brother or cousin. I remember at one point in the fic Vin confronts the guy (the guy may be holding Vin and Chris hostage at the time) and yells, "he gave good head" at the bad guy.
That's all I can remember.
